This policy governs every word published on Archery Gear Junkie.

Independence

Rankings and scores are decided by our editorial team alone. Brands cannot buy placement in a “best of” list, and affiliate commission rates have zero input into what we recommend. When a sponsored placement exists, it is labeled “Sponsored” — clearly and every time.

Testing claims

If an article says we tested something, we tested it. Articles based on research rather than hands-on time say so plainly. Our scoring rubric is published in the Review Methodology.

Corrections

Material errors are corrected in place with an editor’s note. Prices and availability are checked at publish time and on a recurring schedule, but always verify final pricing at the retailer.

AI assistance

Drafting tools may assist with outlines and data tables. Every recommendation, score and verdict is made and verified by a human editor who shoots.
